CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), under the leadership of PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr., Regional Director, continues to implement comprehensive security measures to ensure the safety and orderliness of the ongoing World Association of Public Employment Services (WAPES) Asia-Pacific Regional Conference 2025, being held from November 4 to 7 at the Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

Over 200 police personnel have been deployed daily to provide security coverage, traffic management, and area protection for both local and international delegates. The deployment is augmented by personnel from the Bulacan Police Provincial Office (PPO), Pampanga PPO, Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), Regional Highway Patrol Unit 3 (RHPU 3), and the Regional Support to Police Security Unit 3 (RSPSU 3).

PBGEN Peñones Jr. expressed confidence in the preparedness and professionalism of the deployed personnel in ensuring the peaceful and orderly conduct of the international event.

Nartatez Jr., particularly on Enhanced Managing Police Operations (EMPO).
