PASIG CITY — If elected Mayor in the May 12 midterm elections, Sarah Discaya will prioritize the construction of an 11-storey new Pasig City Hospital, which is a modern, high tech, and with complete and fast delivery of health services.
Discaya, a mother, wife, and businesswoman, will bring Pasiguenos into a new Smart and connected Pasig City.
During the caucus and “miting de abanse” in Acacia St., Salinas Compound in Barangay Kalawaan on Thursday (May 8), Discaya said that a new 11-storey hospital will accommodate Pasiguenos with free CT Scan, MRI, and laboratories which will operate “24/7”.
She added that zero billing for hospitalization of Pasigueños will also be institutionalized in the likes of the zero billing for hospitalization of the constituents of the provinces of Sultan Kudarat and South Cotabato.
Free maintenance medicines for senior citizen Pasiguenos, Discaya said, will also be prioritized, which has already been implemented in Taguig City and Makati City.
The Kalawaan Bridge will be built, and a new modern Pasig City Public Market, the center of the city, will also rise complete with a transport terminal.
Three days before the May 12 elections, Discaya with the Team Kaya This vowed that every family in Pasig will have a safe and convenient housing, and clean energy will provide electricity to new classrooms.
Free housing for Pasigueños who are less fortunate in life.
High quality elementary and high school education in more new classrooms for Pasigueno students.
The new City of Pasig University will provide scholarship to poor students.
The new Pasig Smart City will be fully digitized with the the services and transactions in the new Pasig City Hall.
Aerial firefighting will be strengthened in the city.
The Pasig Rotonda will be renovated as People’s Park.
First priority, Pasig City should be connected.
“We will make technology work for you, work for your children, work for your future,” Discaya said.
The dignity of Pasig will again be raised.
On education, new 11-storey university building, 7-storey high school building, high tech elementary building will rise in Pasig under the Sarah Discaya administration, if Discaya and the whole Team Kaya This will triumph in the May 12 elections.
A Central Command Base, which will facilitate sensor-based traffic system, quick police response and other emergencies, will also be established under the Discaya administration.
Discaya is also pushing for an across-the-board increase of from PhP3,000 to PhP5, 000 to senior citizen Pasiguenos as Christmas gift beginning December this year.
The PWDs (Persons with Disability) will also receive an increase of from Php1,500 to PhP3,000 as Christmas gift under the Discaya administration this December.
On primary healthcare where “Health is Wealth”, Discaya will provide a complete and fast delivery of health services and free medicines.
A dedicated hospital for senior citizen Pasiguenos will rise and zero billing for hospitalization of Pasigueños will be institutionalized by the Discaya administration.
Under the Discaya administration, a monthly allowance of PhP500 will be distributed to all students in public schools in Pasig City.
Pasig City will be “eco-friendly” where Pasigueños will be priority in livelihood opportunities. ###
