PASIG CITY — Allianz PNB Life (Allianz) on Thursday (June 19) showed its full backing and support to three powerhouse teams in volleyball in the Philippines.
This is the first official signing of sponsorship of Allianz PNB, joined and extended its support in the field of sports, particularly the volleyball game.
The three powerhouse teams are the Creamline Cool Smashers, Choco Mucho Flying Titans and Criss Cross King Crunchers.
With the theme: The Winning Pact: One Goal, One Game, One Great Team, Joe Gross, President and Chief Executive Officer of Allianz PNB Life (Allianz).
Gross said that the teams have become bigger and bigger and hope to see them bigger next year.
“I would like to have more and more sponsorship agreements in the years to come,” Gross assured.
They (Allianz) supported the three teams because they want an assurance to connect with their customers and an “emotional connection”.
Gross came to the Philippines and he was told to support the sports in the country.
He cited Creamline Cool Smashers, Choco Mucho Flying Titans and Criss Cross King Crunchers.
Gross stressed the importance of fashion for sports, fans and together with the Foundation of Rebisco, he would like to bring camaraderie and sports to the youth.
It will be noted that Allianz is a global brand that promotes sports. Vice Chairman and CEO of Republic Biscuit Corporation, said “I’m really very to have this partnership.”
Ng expressed his gratitude to Allianz President and CEO Joe Gross for the sponsorship agreement.
“Allianz has been our first sponsor and a global brand at that,” Ng said.
Ng thanked Allianz for the sponsorship they extended.
The signing of the sponsorship agreement was witnessed by the Team Captains of Creamline Cool Smashers, Choco Mucho Flying Titans Captain Alyssa Valdez and Criss Cross King Crunchers.
The voleyballs were signed by Gross and Ng symbolizing the sponsorship agreement between Allianz and the three winning teams.
Gino Riola, Chief Marketing and, thanked Joe Gross for the sponsorship, together with the insurance, which serves as an inspiration.
“Allianz is still the number 1 insurance brand in the world,” Riola stressed.
He disclosed the Creamline Viber stickers and the Best Players Rewards every conference such as Conference MVP, among others. ###
