GH Mall opens Greenhills Young Artists Festival 2025

SAN JUAN CITY — The GH Mall opened on Wednesday (Feb. 12) the first ever two-week Greenhills Young Artists Festival 2025.
Vice Mayor Atty. Angelo “AAA” Agcaoili graced the opening of the prestigious festival of young artists based in Greenhills, San Juan City.
Featured in the exhibit are the Thombayan Art Space, FW & Friends, Full Circle, among others.
Renato Habulan, renowned head curator and visual artist, Mayumi Habulan, Renato’s daughter, Orland Espinosa from Iloilo, Thomas Cagiwat, Christopher George Basileno and GH Mall CEO Zony Zuniga, Lunduyan, Onang Putik Art Space, Bridges, Balayon and Pinamalayan, and Mayumi of Agos Studio were also present.
GH Mall AVP Monique Castaneda said “This is a celebration of festivities and young artists.”
“For the young artists, this is your moment. Let’s celebrate. Let’s explore,” Castaneda added.
Agcaoili said that in behalf of Mayor Francis Zamora, “We are welcoming all of you in GH Mall.”
He noted that San Juan City is in the heart of Metro Manila.
Agcaoili arrived early and he was thankful that he had the opportunity to view the works of the young artists who are participating in the Greenhills Young Artists Festival 2025.
“Rest assured that the City Government of San Juan will support all your endeavors,” Agcaoili said.
He added that the City Council of San Juan will also enact ordinances in support of the young artists of San Juan.
Habulan acknowledged the young artists participating in the Greenhills Young Artists Festival 2025.
He also cited and acknowledged participating artists Margs Chavez, from Full Circle of IIoilo, and Caira Coigongco.
The art exhibit will run from Feb. 12-26, 2025.
David Zuniga, Castaneda, Habulan, Mayumi Habulan, Marites Ortigas, Cathy Duenas made the first ceremonial “brush stroke” on the community mural officially opening the two-week Greenhills Young Artists Festival 2025.
The participating artists also joined the community mural ceremonial brush stroke.
A series of workshops will be conducted throughout the two-week run of the exhibit.
