PASIG CITY — If she is elected Pasig Mayor in the May 12 elections, Sarah Discaya said that the new 11-storey hospital will be built in two yearsDuring the caucus in Barangay Pinagbuhatan on Friday (May 9), Discaya said that with the new hospital, Pasiguenos will no longer have to seat in a monoblock in the hospital.
She stressed that the Pasiguenos will benefit from free CT Scan and MRI which will operate “24/7”.
Discaya pointed out that Pasiguenos will also enjoy “zero billing” for their hospitalization
Under the Discaya administration, the maintenance medicines will be delivered straight to the homes of the senior citizens.
Under the Kaya This Team, transparency and good governance is where the cash flow will be seen by Pasiguenos in the spirit of transparency.
Discaya, the Chief Financial Officer of St. Gerrard Construction General Contractor and Development Corporation (SGC), who made it a successful builder-developer, together with her husband Curlee Discaya and with their 10,000 employees nationwide.
Under the Discaya administration, the Pasig City Council will legislate measures mandating the employment of senior citizens, solo parents, and PWDs (Persons with Disability) in all business establishments in the city.
The Handle with Care Committee will take care of the senior citizens of Pasig under the Discaya administration.
Under the Discaya administration, the Committee on Senior Citizens will deliver “door-to-door” the maintenance medicines to senior citizens, mobile vans will bring health services to senior citizens without them going to hospital, burial assistance of PhP5,000 will be doubled to PhP10,000 to the family of departed senior citizens, the social pension to senior citizens will be PhP500, and the Christmas gift of PhP3,000 will be increased to PhP5,000 to senior citizens starting December this year.
The social services will be levelled up in Pasig City, especially to PWDs and people with special needs and they will not anymore need to line up in the City Hall to avail of the social services
Under the Discaya administration, “Aksyon sa Pagbasa” Program for an hour for 20 days will be provided with free tutorial with free rice to public school students for Grades 4 to 6 so that they will have food to eat on the table.
The health centers will operate “24/7” in all barangays in Pasig City under the Discaya administration.
A new city health hospital is more needed than a new city hall where all Pasiguenos will be healthy for their progress and development.
Under the Discaya administration, the Committee on Health and Infrastructure will build the new 11-storey hospital in Barangay Pinagbuhatan, particularly in the area of Sandoval, where the CT Scan and MRI will operate “24/7”.
Zero billing in hospital will be implemented in Pasig, which is copied from South Cotabato such that there is nothing bad with copying for as long as it is for the welfare and well-being of Pasigueños.
Under the Discaya administration, there will be a free therapy for PWDs and free assessment and Pasig will be PWD-friendly.
Business establishments will be hiring senior citizens, solo parents, PWDs and people with special needs. ###
